What we collect
To treat you and give you your records, we keep: your name, age/date of birth, gender, address and phone/e-mail; your visits, doctor's notes, prescriptions, lab tests and results; and your bills and payments.
Why we use it
Only for your treatment, lab testing, pharmacy, billing, and to let you see your own prescriptions, lab reports and bills on this website. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only our doctor and authorised clinic staff, each with their own login and only the access their work needs. On this website, only you can see your records, after logging in with your Patient ID, PIN and date of birth (or a one-time code sent to your registered e-mail). Lab reports are shown only after the bill is paid.
How we protect it
Your data is stored on our own secured server in India. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS); access is password-protected and locked after repeated wrong attempts; and every access is logged. Backups are encrypted before they leave the server — the cloud storage that keeps the backup copies cannot read them.
How long we keep it
Medical records are kept as long as required for your care and by Indian law and medical-council rules.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to see or correct your data, or raise a concern about how it is used. Ask at the counter, call us, or e-mail us. Lost PIN: ask the counter for a new one (bring ID).
